- Reviewed feasibility, environmental and social documentation, designs, specifications and tender scope.
- Participated in civil-works procurement and bid evaluation, including technical compliance assessment with ILBANK teams.
- Supervised active Sakarya and Kayseri road projects, reviewing progress, design revisions, temporary traffic management and construction impacts.
